Previously, Blaga was Executive VP of Engineering at Kustomer, where she contributed to rapid business growth and supported the company through its acquisition and integration into Meta. She also held senior engineering roles at Intent and Voyat, where she focused on scaling technology platforms and expanding solutions to drive business growth.
