Shi Min is the Head of Policy, Standards and Regulatory Affairs, where she drives GCMU’s global strategy and initiatives in response to the evolving regulatory, policy and accounting landscape for carbon markets.

Prior to joining GCMU, Shi Min was an experienced policy maker in the Monetary Authority of Singapore. She helmed various roles in regulatory and market development functions, including the development of policies and strategies to grow Singapore as Asia’s carbon finance and sustainable finance hub, and the regulatory approaches for crypto payments, stablecoins and digital banks in Singapore.
